Well I got my first paying ‘yes’ tonight. I can’t officially call this person my first paying customer because she is going away for a couple of weeks and wants me to send the link for payment to her when she returns. But we chatted, and then I told her the price and she looked at my website an then she said, yes!
The system seems to be working on some level. It is so much fun learning marketing theory when I have something practical to do with the information. I have been chatting with a lot of people, but I believe it takes time to develop my sales scrips. And as usual, using AI is not the best (although it is good for basic structure or ideas). The words need to be mine.
I learned today that with DM selling I should have a conversion rate of between 5 % and 17 % (??). As of tonight I am on about 5 % conversion rate, and I am just learning, so it is worth persisting with I think!
